Our jammed packed weekend started in with Ella~Kate's dance recital. Never thought I would get to see my granddaughter come out of a cake!
It's a Grand Old FLAG...seems another one of my girls danced to that, years ago. Same song but a different costume.
So, this was my favorite...our shy little Ella rocked this pink cadillac!
Saturday, we made our way down to Granbury for a fabulous outdoor wedding. The weather by the lake was perfect as was every single little detail...and my "hostess with the mostess" sister~in~law did it all!!!!!
Meagan made her own bouquet with an assortment of old family broaches. LOVED it...so sentimental and so sweet.

Sunday, the Snelsons had us down to their family ranch in Glen Rose (which just happened to be right down the road from Granbury) for Ford's first birthday party.
Cake, face painting, and water balloons...Larry was in his "Happy Place" with all four of the grands.

On the scale of one to ten...I will rate the weekend a 9 1/2 but that is only because I got my first speeding ticket on the way home!!!!
