It happened. Our firstborn grandchild has graduated from high school. I look at this picture and so many memories flood my mind. Thomas the Train, early morning runs to McDonalds, swimming, and shenanigans with his Big Pop.
Suddenly, with a few grey hairs to show for it...this turned into

THIS.
Sporting all of the bells and whistles of an honors graduate, this young man is headed for Grand Canyon Christian University. As much as I would have liked for him to have picked a Texas school; it makes sense to stay close to the things you love the most: the beach, snow skiing, mountain hiking, and Mom's home cooking!
My heart is so proud.
