Memorial Day Happenings

Once again, Memorial Day has kicked off all of the anticipated summer activities. We made the rounds...starting with the Byron Nelson. Golf is not something Larry or myself has ever shown any interest in, but it is fun to watch the people that do enjoy it! Sunday, we made a trip to Granbury and watched my brother and sister~in~law entertain a crowd of no less than 75 people. Today, was a little calmer as we spent it with my Dad at his boathouse on Lake Lewisville...appropriate, since his name is Lewis. I am already tired of the smell of sunscreen and June hasn't even arrived yet!
Sydney parades the flag for those that have fought so hard for our country.
We enjoyed a little Byron Nelson on the fourth hole...which just happens to be in the backyard of Larry's job site.
Brittney and Trey joined us at Lake Granbury.
Those Canton carts come in really handy.
Sharing pictures of the family.
We tease my 86 year old Aunt every year over her holiday shoes...she has been wearing these since the 1950's.
The food hasn't changed much either.
And neither has the entertainment.
